- 40% Perennial Ryegrass, 40% Creeping Red Fescue, 10% colonial bentgrass, 10% white clover

- Mix specified by Washington State Department of Transportation for roadsides

COUNTRY GREEN EROSION CONTROL MIXTURE
- 45% Perennial Ryegrass, 45% Creeping Red Fescue, 10% Colonial Bentgrass
- Erosion control mixture for slopes and/or areas where fine lawn is not desired
- Good for Erosion Control sites where Clover is not desired
- Seeding rate: 80-120 lbs per acre
WETLAND SEED MIXTURE
- 68% Tall Fescue, 10% Meadow Foxtail, 10% Seaside Bentgrass, 6% Alsike Clover, 6% Red Top
- Commercial mix for wetter sites, retention ponds, etc.
- Seeding rate: 80 lbs per acre (2 lbs per 1000 sq. ft.)
BIOSWALE SEED MIXTURE
- 40% Turf-type Tall Fescue, 30% Perennial Ryegrass, 25% Creeping Red Fescue, 5% Colonial Bentgrass
- Commercial mix for bioswales, slopes, retention ponds, etc.
- Seeding rate: 220 lbs per acre (4-5 lbs per 1000 sq. ft.)
