Erosion Prevention

JUTE NETTING – 4 x 225 ft (900 sq. ft.) per roll.  Natural erosion control fabric for use on all types of slope applications up to 1:1.  Biodegradable within 2 years.

STAPLES – 6 inch sod staples for use in fastening erosion mats or nets to sloped areas.  Also used in holding sod strips on steep sloped areas.

S150 STRAW BLANKET – Temporary photodegradable erosion mat.  6.5 x 83.5 ft weight approx 30 lbs.  Covers 60 sq. yds.  S150 is constructed of 100% agricultural straw and lightweight, photodegradable top and bottom nets.  Erosion control and mulching on 3:1 – 2:1 slopes.  The functional longevity of the blanket is approx 10 months.

SC150 STRAW / COCONUT BLANKET – Temporary long term protection.  Erosion mat 6.5 x 8.5 ft weight approx 30 lbs.  Covers 60 sq. yds.  SC150 is constructed with 70% agricultural straw, 30% coconut fiber encased in a heavyweight, UV stabilized top net and a lightweight, photodegradable bottom net.  Effective erosion control on more severe 2:1 – 1:1 slopes allowing protection for more than one growing season.

C125 COCONUT BLANKET – Temporary long term protection.  The C125 blanket is composed of 100% coconut fiber encased in heavyweight, UV stabilized, top and bottom nets.  Effective erosion control on 1:1 and greater slopes for sites requiring protection for up to 3 years.
